  We use the following consultative approach as part of our planning for each initiative:
  
  1. Meet with client to determine the scope of the engagement, including, delivery, timelines, and logistics decisions.
  
  2. Conduct an audience analysis to determine knowledge and skill level of participants. If the client has completed this, we will use their results.
  
  3. Confirm the solution and project scope.
  
  4. Determine any customization requirements.
  
  5. Confirm all logistical details and equipment needs.
